Provide a neutral identifiable location, focused on space science as well as interdisciplinary art and humanities exchange;
Integrated STEM learning with arts and humanities (STEAM), including space communications, video game creation for long haul flight etc.;
Create cooperation and coordination point for academic institutions, manufacturers and space businesses.
Introduce and prepare students, young people to careers in space economy, by a variety of teaching and learning experiences.
